Missed period

So my period has always been irregular and have sometimes missed months. This august I got all the symptoms of my period-back pains, acne, cramps, moody ect. but no bleeding. My bf of almost 11 years and I do have sex but always use a condom (he can't come anywhere near me without one lol) and he always "checks" the condom to make sure it didn't brake. I don't think I am pregnant but there is always the voice in the back of my head that says I could be ya know? Could it just be stress from work? Thoughts?
