When is it best to have a baby shower?

Usually done around 30-36 weeks but anytime is fine. Id suggest before 36 weeks just in case baby came a few weeks early. With my first i had one at 32/33 weeks. Im 34 weeks with my second (we didnt have a shower this time) and cant imagine waiting that long to buy whatever was still needed - ive had everything for weeks just not set up and put all away yet.

My first I had 9/10/11 and was due 11/15/11 (she came 11/11/11) and for this one my shower is Saturday 9/10/16 and I'm due 11/22/16!

I'm due 11/18 and my shower was 8/27. I figured I wanted it early enough that I wasn't super uncomfortable and that we had sufficient time to get anything we still needed without having to stress about it.

I'll be about 28 weeks. Due early Feb, so having it in mid-Nov to avoid holidays and not wanting to wait until the last minute in case she comes early or we need to finish things up in those few weeks before she arrives.
