who's dyed their hair in first trimester?

So my birthday is on Friday Sep 9 and I just found out I'm pregnant this Friday that just passed sep 2 (Early birthday gift to me! 😆) I was going to the salon on my birthday to go lighter I currently have brown hair. My plans were to get balayage and now I'm not sure if this is possible. Anybody knows if it's safe? Or is there a safe way to go lighter while being pregnant? I was looking forward to my new hair makeover but if it's not safe of course I wouldn't go through with it. Just need opinions. Anyone a hair dresser? HELP ❤️
