sleeping without SO

Can you sleep well without your SO? I hate not sleeping with him. It happens a few times if he sleeps on the couch(cause he likes that sometimes) or if he has to go into work at midnight til 2-3am. But the past three nights we haven't slept together. And I hate not sleeping next to him. Even thought he's here. It's just a comfort thing I guess. I'm trying to go to bed now but can't. ☹️ and I'm hearing scary noises in our room so that doesn't help lol. He's passed out on the couch. I could sleep there but it's not that comfortable with the dogs.
