Sharp lower back pain

Ha
I'll start off from the beginning.. I was at dinner when I started experiencing period like cramps. Nothing terrible, just very uncomfortable. Along with the cramps I had some back pain but again, nothing terrible. We left the restaueant and I thought maybe I had cramps because I had to pee so I had my boyfriend drop me off out front of target where I went in to go pee. I peed and wiped myself, checking the toilet paper to make sure there was no blood.. I was in the clear for that then I looked in the toilet and my pee was bright orange. That alarmed me. I immediately washed my hands and left and turned to my best friend ever since finding out I was pregnant - Google. Everything on Google said either UTI or kidney/bladder infection. I stopped at my local CVS and picked up a UTI test kit. Before I was pregnant those were my best friend saving me trips to the doctors especially since they came with some medicine to help with the pain a UTI brings. I dipped the test strip in my pee and everything was fine. My mind was at ease for awhile seeing as the cramps went away and everything was fine until about an hour ago. Now, my back pain is like a sharp pain on the lower left side, sometimes shooting down my butt. I thought maybe laying on my recliner was putting the baby in an odd position and that was causing it. So I sat up but that didn't help. It's not a constant pain, just here and there but definitely way more often than anyone wants. I decided to go lay down so here I am in bed, still getting these sharp pains. It's almost 2 am and I would feel terrible calling my doctor due to the time but I also would feel stupid going to the hospital because this would be the second time I've gone due to cramps and the first time I just sat in L&D for hours and was sent home with no explanation. I guess I just need some opinions on what to do and what could be wrong.
P.S did not intend for this to turn out to be such a long post and I apologize.
