pimples on your vaj?!?!

So I'm 27w5d and I noticed a few days ago that I had this one 'bump' on the bikini part of my vaj (like where your pubic hair grows) I thought it was an ingrown but I haven't shaved or waxed since finding out 6 months ago - I squeezed it and some 'pimple' like fluid came out - I thought I was all good but the 'bump' is still there and earlier I found another one (new) outside my vaj lips where it turns into your butt! That one hurts wayyy too much to squeeze.
To preemptively answer some questions..
- I shower/bathe daily
- I changed my underwear to 100% cotton ones a few months ago
- I do discharge a lot because of the pregnancy
- I feel like I'm always HOT down there now too
- I have NOT shaved or waxed in over 6 months

Is this happening to anyone else?
What are they really?
What can I do about stopping/preventing them?

Not an ingrown hair. Its Like a cyst. Could be the cyst version. We have glands there and its clogged, like a pimple. The gland starts with a b but cant remember the name.

I had a cyst on the inside of my left labia majora. It was so painful I didn't want to move. I went to my obgyn, he ended up making an incision to help the pus and fluid drain. I felt so much better afterwards. You can try sitz baths, warm compress to the affected area. If it keeps bothering you, just make an appointment with your obgyn to have it looked at.

It's probably an ingrown hair. Even though you haven't shaved you can still get them. My brother used to get them on his legs and he doesn't shave lol obviously. I started getting them when I first found out I was pregnant. Really nothing can prevent them. Just pull the hair and squeeze it and put a warm compress on it. After month month 3 of being pregnant they stopped.
