bleeding after tube removal

Hi, I just wanted to know if anyone else has any experience of bleeding after surgery to have their tube removed? I had mine removed via laparoscopy almost 4 weeks ago and I bled after the surgery for about 8 days but then it stopped and a week later I started bleeding again, I thought maybe it might be my period but it hasn't felt like a period and it hasn't stopped since, it's been going on for about 10 days now and I just wondered if this was normal?
