Is this real or have I got line eyes??

So I have just been to the hospital for a scan as I have had various symptoms for PCOS and they confirmed a cyst on my ovarie but also said that my womb lining is looking really thick which could be early pregnancy or sign of a period. I tested thinking what the heck may as well and got this?????
