Opinions about starting rice cereal for night time bottle ? My baby is 4 months .!

I don't remember why, but my doctor said to avoid rice cereal. Go straight to purées

It's being investigated for levels of arsenic, but it hasn't been pulled off shelves yet. Most of my friends are doing oatmeal cereal instead!

I use oatmeal not rice!

I am choosing rice over wheat because of family history of celiac's but I get happy bellies organic brown rice. And so far it's been great.
