pain and no one is dependable

I'm in so much pain and depending on ppl is hell. I asked my brother to take me to the hospital he said ok he picked my son up from school and rushed out the house to go to school. Mind you he goes to school Monday and Wednesday today is Tuesday and he was a whole hour late from work. I'm currently on my living room floor bald up trying to play it cool so my 6 year old don't worry. I'm 26 weeks why am I in so much pain off and on shooting from my stomach to my back. When I finally did eat I had to force myself because of the pain.
