Raspberry leaf tea?

I'm 29 weeks is raspberry leaf tea safe to drink? Lol. It won't put me into labor this early right? I don't want to go into labor this early! Lol.

Raspberry Leaf Tea doesn't induce labor. It tones the uterus and can help make for any easier labor/recovery process. It is safe to drink at 29 weeks, yes.

I read that 2 cups daily in your second trimester and 3 or 4 in the third is safe and recommended. I've been drinking mine since 15 weeks and feel fine. Tho mines a mix with alfalfa, hibiscus, nettle, rose hips, and some other things so might be not as strong that way.

My midwife said absolutely not until 34 weeks.  This does start to soften cervix and taking it too early can lead to preterm labor.

I would say test your reaction. I've heard it's only good later on but I'm in second trimester and didn't notice any kind of side effect or pain.

I heard 34 weeks is the time to start drinking it. But it wont send you into labour. Just note that some women do get an increase in braxton hicks as a side effect though.
