TMI babies poop

My baby has been on hypoallergenic formula since he was 2 weeks old. After 2 months of being on similacs Alimentum he started having extreme fussiness, reflux, & discomfort again. I went to similacs site & read that other moms were having our exact issues. We recently switched to Nitrimagen by Emfamil & have noticed a big difference in how he feels after feeding. However, his poop now looks like uncooked oatmeal. Tons of white chunks with mucusy green/yellow color. Has anyone else experienced anything similar? My dr doesn't seem concerned but it just doesn't seem normal. Hoping other moms can ease my mind.
