no period but...

I'm 10 months post partum and my husband and I decided we want to start trying for another baby....however I still haven't started my period since I originally found out I was pregnant. I am breastfeeding so I know that plays a role in why I haven't started back up. I made an appt with my OB just wanted to see if anyone else was in the same boat or has been and what ended up happening?
