Nexplanon removal side effects!?!?

So after a year and 2 months of having the Nexplanon i decided it was enough with the everyday bleeding. I recently took it out but i am having the worst experience ever. At the site where it was inserted i can still feel it!! Is that normal?? And will that go away? I know it's out because i saw it but i still feel where it was. Im also superrr nauseous all the time and have really bad headaches but that just might be because i started on the patch the same day. Anyone else have similar results with the removal?? Greatly appreciated :)
