The infamous depo shot and infertility
This is only one source but due to certain women bashing me for using this as my preferred method of birth control I decided to do some more research on the Depo shot and fertility. 
My sister got pregnant within 5 months of stopping the depo injection. Just because your sisters aunties cousin has had trouble doesn't mean everyone will. For people who have had it and now regret it I'm sorry but all of the risks associated with it were/should have been explained to you and so if you continued with the depo that is your fault. I know the risks and am not planning on having a child in the next 2,4,5,6 years. I just wanted people to see this so they can stop bashing me for choosing this as my preferred method.
As far as bone density is concerned when the shot is discontinued the bone tends to grow back by itself. Obviously if your at risk of low bone density you shouldn't be using it.
