I have a cold and an embarrassing problem

28 weeks today! Yay! Excited but I have an awful cold that is dragging me down. My nose is like a faucet and my head feels like it's going to explode. Besides a raw nose I have another odd problem. Every time I sneeze or blow my nose I think I'm peeing my pants a little! :/ I've literally put a pad on cuz I keep wetting myself! Third pregnancy and have never had this happen. Anyone else ever experience this? Also anyone have any cold remedies? I've only been taking Vicks and Tylenol.
