What is it supposed to look like?

Isn't the line in the circle on the left supposed to be as dark as the line in the square on the right? It honestly came out darker in the picture than it looks in reality. It appears negative, but I'm concerned because the lines don't match. I think it's still a little early to be testing anyways.
