prenatal vitamins?

Anybody go through their pregnancy without taking the prenatal vitamins? I've been taking them for 3 weeks I've been constipated baddd i stopped taking them for the past 5 days and I've been feeling better. I'm waiting until my appointment on Monday to talk to the doctor about this.

I take two Flintstone complete vitamins everyday. My midwife said they have everything I need in them and they don't make me sick.

I stopped taking mine, they were making me puke all the time even the flinstones one. So my dr gave me iron supplements and it made lt worse, i wouldn't keep liquids down so i ended up going to the hospital and they told me to replace them with my diet.

Try switching brands.  Maybe try a gummy ☺️
