Is there a way to wean yourself dry and still produce adequate hind milk? I'm trying to dry myself up by Thanksgiving and I'm getting very little hind milk. And how long does it usually take your body to adapt to you not totally emptying without getting engorged? I EP and currently produce over 50 oz. per day.
