This is my last weekend pregnant & the last time I'll be pregnant! Baby#4 is arriving 3 weeks early. I decided to do something special with each of my kiddos-took my oldest out to lunch & shopping yesterday before she had to work & today took my two boys to Day out with Thomas! Feeling emotional about everything and yet so excited for the next chapter for our family!
