Well, Claire decided that she wanted to be a September baby. She was born today at 24+6, weighing almost 2lbs 1 oz. After these photos were taken she pulled out the breathing tube so they put her on the CPAP.  She's doing as well as she could be in the circumstances. I'm still in a bit of a state of disbelief. She came so fast. We went into the hospital around 12:30 pm and then were transferred to another hospital with a better NICU. She was born at 6:33 p.m. Delivered vaginally with the aid of some laughing gas.
