Can some help?

Me and my fiance are in the UK we have been Ttc 3 years 4 months we are under going fertility doctor they told us to come bk November to fiance have another sperm test and if I've lost enough weight they do a hsg test, then they won't do treatment until I loose another stone, my question is will it be ivf? I have pcos and my fiance has low sperm count and reduced mobility Also what is the progress of ivf what happened when ect..
