CD 14 and I'm already feeling like I'm out :(

My partner and I fought from CD10-CD13 so we didn't BD those days but did BD today and pretty much every day leading up to CD10 so i don't know how to feel. My plan was to BD every other day of my fertile window as I heard that's most effective so I feel like I'm out :( I also had very weird sense of pressure in my pelvic area from CD10-CD11 so I'm wondering what that was about?
