Should we go??

Had my bloody show this morning around 1130, irregular Contractions since. I deleted my first set because they were all over the place and started over after getting a warm shower. Should I go to the hospital?? I'm so nervous.

We ended up going back around 115 this morning. I labored at home all day. I just waited until I couldn't bear the pain anymore and headed back. I was dilated to a 4. Just got the epidural about an hour ago. It is a blessing.

They kept coming, so I went in. The contractions are consistent but I'm not dilating any more. They gave us the option to walk around the hospital for a few hours and get checked again or to head home and come back when my water breaks or they're completely unbearable. We live within 5 minutes of the hospital, so We decided to head home and labor here for a while.

Usually they say follow the 5 1 1 rule.

5 mins apart for at least one hour lasting one minute x

I personally would let them get regular and becoming painful to the point I can't manage at home. Don't want to be in hospital any longer than necessary. You labour better in early stages at home pottering about

I wouldn't go yet, unless they are consistent or your water breaks (in laboring at home and just going into the hospital to deliver) I lost my mucus plug 2 days ago and have been having pretty intense semi-regular contractions and still not in labor 😳

I'm personally gonna follow the 511 rule, so I would wait until they are consistantly like that for an hour. Good luck to you!!!!! You're so close no matter what! ☺️
