advice please

Need advice, Af was due yesterday but no show as of yet had no symptoms of it coming either, the only thing I have are very sore and sensitive nipples, and my boobs feel heavy when k take my bra off, (sorry for tmi) I've never suffered from sore boobs before! Is this a sign of pregnancy or is my hormones just changing?
