AFP Results Abnormal

Hello Everyone! I recently received my AFP results. My OB nurse said my results came back abnormal. I'm being scheduled for a level 2 ultrasound to check for spinal bifida and neural tube defect. I've been reading that the test has a lot of false positives but I can't help but be worried and scared for my baby. Has anyone else had any experience with this test? I hope everyone is having safe and happy pregnancies.
