out of diclegis

I'm out of diclegis, my appointment is tomorrow but I've been out for 2 days and I'm doing really bad 😔 I'm 10 weeks today, yesterday I threw up 11 times and I can barely keep down water, today I've thrown up about 4 times so far. But I've never been this bad until I ran out of diclegis. Has anyone else been like this after not having medicine?
