Nutrition experts- help me, please
I'm trying to really get the nitty gritty prepared. I'm having a repeat c-section with bilateral salpingectomy. And I'm planning to breastfeed. I want to set up some snacks and water where we breastfeed (her room and mine). Specifically, I'd like recommendations on good protein snacks that are seriously high in fiber (protein bars, fiber cereals to eat dry, trail mix??). If my memory serves me correctly, bowel movements were wretched the first time around, and I wasn't eating or drinking enough, so I almost blacked out a few times. I don't want anything super high in sugars, either, but the protein and fiber are my top concerns. TIA!
