help please

So i would say about 6 months ago or 5 me and my bf did anal for the first time and ever since than till this day randomly on some days i spot bleed when i whip from my butt i know something is wrong because its been almost 6 months and its still bleeding (spotting) And ive only done anal once But what could it be
