Scare?

I had a pregnancy scare awhile back even though the pregnancy wasn't possible at all. I was wondering if I got my period long after the scare, could I be pregnant. I wasn't having unprotected sex or any sex at all before of after my period but I have been feeling sick lately. Probably just overthinking it right?
