Pregnant and work. 😧

So I found out this past Saturday that I'm pregnant. I have my job orientation for a job I've wanted so long. Went to college, got a degree, and am now a surgical tech. I finally was offered a job in Orthopedic and Neuro surgery. BUT. I can't work in either of those, because they use Bone cement which is very very harmful to the baby. Sooooo. I'm waiting to go in to orientation now and have to tell my manager I'm pregnant. I'd rather have my baby be safe and healthy. I can always get a job later.
