Sinus Drainage

I know you all aren't doctors but I was wondering if somebody knew what was good for a sore throat due to sinus drainage? I normally would take mucinex and it would clear up within a day or two but I'm 4 months pregnant and it's not on the list the doctor gave me. Any home remedies?
