Is it possible to get pregnant and have a healthy baby while having PCOS? If so, how?

UPDATE: thank you ladies for such positive vibes. I have been TTC for almost 3 years now and feel so much less of a woman every day. I just needed some hope, advice, and tips. Congrats to all those who could conceive, lots of love. <3

A friend of mine has pcos and is currently pregnant so it is definitely possible

I have a friend that has had 3 healthy babies with PCOS.she did the twenty one day fix and got her body very healthy and used preseed. There's always hope. It might just take a little time.
