no heart beat. 💔☹️

Went to the doctor this morning to get a ultrasound to check up on my little squishy. They didn't find a heart beat. I have to go to another office on Wednesday to make sure it wasn't the ultrasound techs machine a mistake. They didn't tell me much more they didn't even tell me how the baby looked. I don't know whether to cry or stay positive. I've been crying on and off. Hopefully everything turns out ok. 🙏🏻
