Yall somethings not right

So last month I supposedly got AF twice in 1 month. But AF was light brown that switched to red FOR ONE DAY. Since then my CM went from watery and heavy to light again. Today I'm bloated and I feel dehydrated but I'm drinking so much water. Idk what to think anymore.
