Don't feel pregnant!

So I going the home preg test and it came out positive and I have minor cramps ever so often but other than that I have no other symptoms that make me believe I'm pregnant. It's scary because with my other 2 pregnancies I had sore and swoll boobs. I lost those both in miscarriage. I guess I'm afraid that this is will be the same and end in a miscarriage as well.. I have Dr appt Thursday so all fingers crossed that is goes well and no bad news.
