need advice 😔

I slept with this guy who said he was a virgin ( I'm not). Fast forward a few days later. I'm talking to my best friend and she says that he said I wasn't that good and that he wasn't even a virgin a few day ago. I am so pissed that I blocked both of them. 1. Who lies about being a virgin? 2. Who doesn't tell their best friend that a guy is talking crap about how they are in bed to them? And everyone I talk to says I'm over dramatic but to hear you're not good at sex is upset AND he was even messaging me to want to have sex again. I don't get it. I'm open about sex to everyone I sleep with and If he didn't like it why didn't he tell me to stop I won't care then. But to hide it behide my back and then tell someone else MY BEST FRIEND. I just don't get people. Any thoughts?
