13 days late!

Been trying to conceive for 3 years, I have PCOS so this is the reason I have had no luck yet. Today I am 13 days late, currently have all the signs of being pregnant but I am so scared to do a test incase it's negative because I think the signs are always similar when your coming on your period too. Doctors said we have a very low chance of getting pregnant without IVF as I don't ovulate and don't think I ever have! Just giving up hope now 😔
