Drs note to get out of work?

Curious if anyone has had any luck getting their doctor to write them a note to get off work early. I am SEVERLY exhausted all the time, to the point I am scared to drive. I'm 36 w 1 d and I can take off work early but only with a note. Anyone do this?

Its appaulling your boss can't understand a pregnant womens needs and recognise she needs rest!! My manager took one look at me and said go home i was like no im fine honestly and she was like go home il pay you in full to your 7mths.

My dr wrote me a note in my first pregnancy to stop working. He said I need bed rest because I was tired and had reoccurring nausea. In the beginning he also wrote a note to cut my hours and go into work later

I've been having the same issue and very early. I'm also (I guess according to my primary dr) considered high risk because of a. Mood clot in my lung last year. My Obgyn offered to write me a note at 16weeks but that's because I was trying to be put on disability as I currently don't have a job, and she told me there's no way disability would approve me. Now at 19 weeks I'm finding it harder and harder to land one 🙁 I'd just explain to ur dr your issues and see if they will excuse you.
