Just venting :/

I know it's silly but I'm soooooo frustrated I went for another one of my ctg's today and as I am now 40 weeks they were happy to give me a stretch and sweep and I have been having sleepless nights due to cramps and sharp pains for about a week now so I was hoping to be quite dilated but I am only 1cm and only got the sweep :/ was not fun, now I'm sitting at home just hoping my baby will come as I'm so tired and I really want to just hold my little girl I've tried every trick in the book apart from tea and castor oil and I just feel sad and a bit useless. Done sorry just need to get it out :)
