31 weeks too early to pack?

Question

I'm wanting to go ahead and pack something in a hospital bag since I'm hoping and praying my big boy comes early. Any advice on what to for sure pack and what isn't necessary? Thanks in advance!

Lol honey I've been packing my bag since 18 weeks!!! All the little things I won't use until that day like the baby outfit, breast pads, the slippers I wore last time, my birthing gown, the robe... As well as stocking a few dollars at a time for hubby to get food from vending machines or the cafeteria. I'm gonna get a to go Irish cream creamer for him when we get closer cause he wont drink coffee otherwise.

I've been told a few pairs of big comfy dark manna knickers that you'll be happy to throw away after hospital. And large heavy flow sanitary pads. And a squirty/ squeeze sauce / ketchup bottle for the bathroom. I may also sneak in a pack of nipple shields just in case we need them, but the lactation consultant won't hear about them.

Clothes to go to and from the hospital in and 2 pairs of pjs. And comfy socks. Also: best playlists, a Bluetooth speaker, movies, maybe cards. Sometimes it's a long wait. Bring onesies and an outfit for baby to come home in.

I wish I would have. I went into labor at 35 weeks and had nothing ready for me or baby. Made it more stressful. It doesn't hurt to pack a few things early! Like I said I wish I would have lol
