Boyfriend works away

My boyfriend works away some nights of the week our relationship is perfect apart from the days he has to stop away there's always an argument I can't help it I hate the fact he has to stop away at night I struggle sleeping when he's not there and it's so lonely not to mention we are ttc? Someone please tell me how I'm suppose to produce a baby on my own. Once I've missed my fertile days that's it for another month 😔 I've asked him to change jobs but he won't I just feel like he's more in love with work than me😔 I just don't know what to do
