anyone have abnormal pap?

Last year my Pap smear came back normal, Recently I just got one done at 8 weeks pregnant and it came back abnormal, now I have to have a colposcopy in a month. 
Has anyone else had to go through this?

I had one about 12 years ago. Ended up being nothing thankfully and I haven't had one since. It really doesn't feel good and the cramping afterwards sucks. I was given a pain killer before it started, but since you're preggo that probably isn't an option. Abnormal Paps are super common and usually it is nothing! Good luck!!!

I've had three colposcopys in my life, which aren't fun. My doctor said if I have an abnormal pap during pregnancy, they won't do a colposcopy while I'm pregnant.

Yes I have. Take a pain reliever before you go in. It's a small biopsy of your cervix.
