Feeling sick

Hey ladies,I'm 36 weeks pregnant and I have really bad headaches and my body feels really heavy, and I've been feeling like that for two days in a row! I can't stand up for more than five minutes because I lose my breath and get dizzy and my body wants to give up. I feel so weak. I don't have my appointment until monday should I go to the hospital or just wait until my appointment?
