Surgery and it's impact on milk

So I've been having gallbladder attacks here lately. I had to go to the ER it was so bad.

So it's just a matter of when I'll have to get it taken out. Has the anesthesia caused anyone to dry up? Not only that, but I'm sure I will be in pain and not wanting to breastfeed him against my stomach for a few days or so. My baby is only 2 months and I'm wanting to breastfeed for a year. I love the bond I feel when I'm nursing my LO.

Anyone have surgery and we're able to continue breastfeeding? Also, anyone else having gallbladder problems, I was told it's common after childbirth birth
