Tied tubes pregnancy advice. Help!

Me and my girlfriend are trying for a child. I am 26 with no children and have never planned with a woman to try to concieve. She has 3 children from a prior marriage. Me and my girlfriend are now actively trying but she had her tubes tied 8 years back. Any advice on what would help with chances of conception? Please help as we both want this more than anything in the world and I am very new to all of this! Thank you.
