7 DPO HELP!

I am 7 dpo had sex at all the right times and my boobs have been extremely sore for 4 days now, which is an unusual symptom for me after ovulation. Typically my boobs hurt 3 days before AF, which is still 8 days away, so this is new. Could I be pregnant? Or is this just a prolonged progesterone spike?? I am ttc and have my fingers crossed here! Any thoughts /comments welcome. Thanks! *baby dust for us all*
