Fertility blend (vitex)
Please tell me everything I need to know about vitex! My cycle is I guess become irregular again and af is missing in action. Does it help you get pregnant? Regulate your cycle? Do you take it throughout pregnancy? I heard you are suppose to wean yourself off once you get a bfp but someone told me differently. What advice do you have on it? Thank you in advance!!
