Clear sperm?!

Question

I've never actually seen it but my fiance tells me that it's White but every time he ejaculated inside of me and I go to wipe off the excess between my thighs it's clear I even stuck my finger and one time and nothing white was on my finger it was clear. Could he be infertile, should I ask him? Well I already have before we started TTC and he said no. Could the color mean anything?

If the semen is very clear, it may be a sign there aren't many sperm in it. However, that isn't always the case! I work at a fertility clinic and I process the sperm samples so I have some experience lol.

It's possible that as it liquefies and mixes with the fluids you produce in your body, it turns clearer.

If you're concerned, you can always ask him to finish somewhere else (e.g. on your body) and you can check. However, the opposite can also be true, the semen can be white or cloudy but still potentially have no sperm in it.

I've heard clear can mean lack of swimmers BUT sperm liquifies inside of you to water like. So the color could of changed when it happened.

It may not be his sperm it may just be your cervical mucus . It's mixed in and diluted.

My finances sperm was mostly clear whenever we would do the pull out method. I'm current 13 weeks along with our first! It took us three months to convince. Might take more time then us but it should happen!
