Braxton hicks question...

My Braxton hicks started around 20-21 weeks. Im now 23 almost 24 weeks and I've been having them more. Yesterday one was painful. Today, they aren't painful just uncomfortable but I've had probably 8-12 throughout the day. I have no other symptoms. ...no bleeding. Do I need to worry or just monitor?
